All candidates must satisfy the requirements of the Institute of Graduate Studies and Research of the university. Applicants are expected to hold a B.Arch. degree in Architecture or a related discipline, and score 550 or above in TOEFL, 7 in IELTS, 80 in ÜDS, KPDS (Language exams that can be taken in Turkey or the TRNC by TR or TRNC nationals).  GRE or LES (Graduate Education Exam administered by ÖSYM for Turkish nationals) scores are also a must for the application to be considered.
