General Information

Aims and Objectives: 
The objective of the design and Research center is to create appropriate and suitable solutions for the built environment through disciplines related to the research field.

It also aims to provide a feedback for governmental departments, municipalities and the private sector. It seeks to create solutions in areas such as urban design and research for historical cities, by investigating definite regions for architectural and interior conservation and renovation.

The center consists of three units; design and Research unit, educational unit and one other unit.

Instructors of the department of Architecture are involved with the projects of the center besides to specialists of other foreign countries and Cyprus.
